Finally time to update! The Odds pilot didn't get a pick up by CBS but we had a cast screening
and, in the words of the producer, "it's the funniest pilot that didn't get an airdate!" Wish everyone could
have seen it. Hugs to an amazing cast and crew!
But, right on the heels of that news I booked a lead role
in Lifetime's Bond of Silence. I am in Victoria BC filming and it's going to be a wonderful movie. Love the script and it's
based on a true and heartbreaking story. The best part? I get to work with my good friend and neighbor Charlie McDermott
from ABC's The Middle! Very fun!
Last month I participated in the photo shoot for Nylon Magazine's 2010
Young Hollywood Issue. Great names and faces in this issue :) The Nylon Young Hollywood Party was poolside at The Roosevelt
Hotel and very fun.
Touchback is now called The Wheeler Boys. Word from the director, Phil Flores, is that preliminary
screenings have been very positive. We premiere the movie June 25th at the Los Angeles Film Festival. Great cast including
Lorenzo James Henrie, Alex Frost, Portia Doubleday, Olivia Crocicchia, and Bill Campbell. I did some ADR on the film last
week and it really does look amazing!
Had a wonderful time at the Sundance Film Festival for the premiere of
Skateland and then at the SXSW Music and Film Festival in beautiful Austin for the Texas premiere. Skateland also played at
the Dallas International Film Festival to sold out crowds. The trailer is up on youtube so check it out. Distribution for
the movie is falling into place so everyone will get to see it soon.
I will be on Fox's Lie to Me in July and will
post the air date as soon as I know it.
Rubber, a quirky indie film that I did last Fall, just played at Cannes
AND got distribution! It's a freaky film that will be a cult favorite, I'm sure.
I don't have a Formspring, Myspace,
Broadway Space or any fan pages on Facebook...just Twitter and a private Facebook page. If you're talking to someone
on any of those pages...it's not me. Be Internet safe, please.
My episode of iCarly, called iReunite with Missy
is on constant re-run on Nickelodeon. Hope you got a chance to see it.
Just for fun, check out Miranda Cosgrove's
youtube channel. You can find it on my Links page.
